Just In, New-york Governor Andrew Cuomo Resigns Amidst Multiple Sexual Harassment Against Him.

Andrew Cuomo, Newyork governor bows to Pressure and Resigns.
Cuomo have been in the eye of the storm following several accusations from multiple women who alleged that, he Sexually harassed them.
An inquiry which was set up, has also found him culpable of the said offences
In his words, Cuomo said,

“The best way I can help now is if I step aside and let government get back to governing,” he said on Tuesday.

His resignation goes into effect in 14 days. Power will then be transferred to Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul.

The Democrat faced pressure from his own party to resign since last week’s report, including from President Biden.

That investigation from the New York Attorney General’s office found that Mr Cuomo, 63, sexually harassed 11 women, including state employees. He has denied the allegations.
